CRUDE Craft Coffee Bar is something unique to Fort Worth – the perfect fusion of barista-style craft coffees and homemade, small-batch desserts. Our atmosphere is surprising, too, from the chandelier overhead to the welcoming spaces where you can sit down, spread out, and escape from the ordinary. It’s a place that encourages conversation, relaxation, and maybe even a little contemplation.
The name is steeped in Fort Worth’s oil-rich history, emphasizing the dark, bold flavors you’ll find here. CRUDE is owned and operated by two people who love the city and the Near Southside: Teresa Bloodworth and her son, Corey Bloodworth. Their passion for delivering quality experiences to customers shows in every aspect of CRUDE, from the distinctive décor to the specialty coffees to the eye-pleasing desserts.
OUR STORY
Around 2008, Teresa was working at the corporate offices of Pier 1 Imports and indulging her love for baking in her spare time. Before long, co-workers and friends were putting in orders for her delicious cakes and other baked goods. As the orders grew, her dreams of operating her very own bakery did, too. Meanwhile, her son Corey was honing his skills, learning how to create a true craft coffee experience. CRUDE is the culmination of their combined expertise and experience.

We source our coffee from premium roasters from around the world. Each coffee is dialed in to highlight its natural flavors, from chocolate to raspberry, CRUDE offers you wide variety. Our menu not only evolves with the seasons, but we also provide an ever-changing assortment of pour over options from DAK, La Cabra, and more.
TO EAT
Each day we offer small-batch desserts made in-house. You’ll find sweet and savory scones, cookies, danishes and seasonal offerings. In the morning, breakfast tacos will also be on the menu. You can even order entire cakes.
